Why my house can`t install Unifi?

Ask for check Unifi coverage, so exited to enjoy Unimitated WiFi. But the answer is:

“Sorry sir, this address is Missing Unit.”

or

“This area already Port Full.”

So disappointed.


But then agent request IC and Utility Bill, scared is SCAM, then you endchat and find other agent. Well... get same answer. Wasting time.☹️


Actually, agent need those information to submit order then solve issue Missing Unit and Port Full !!!


Port Full

A house needs 1 Unifi port to support WiFi, while only 8 ports can be provided from one Unifi box. Port Full means 8 Unifi ports have been installed fully by other houses.


After receiving the "Port Full" order, TM will survey demand in that area . If demand is high, TM will add ports for more homes to install Unifi. 8 ports can be issued to 8 houses, so if there is a port, contact your agent quickly.






Missing Unit

Missing Unit men that your Unit Lot / House Lot cannot be found in the Unifi system. If this happens, TM cannot open the port to this address.

After TM receives the "Missing Unit" order, TM needs to survey the address whether it can provide Unifi services to the customer.


This a proof Missing Unit been slove .

Advice to customers who read this article, Full Port and Missing Unit orders will take longer time to process. Some customers can install Unifi in one week, while same have to wait several weeks or months.


⚠️⚠️If order have been submitted, please be patient. Do not go to TM point counter to follow up. Anything please contact with agent.
